The incident came shortly after sube east legislator Junet Mohamed said that everyone has a right in Kenya to exprees themselves .
This is the highest form of iron where a resident of Migori decided to exercise their freedom by propelling their shoe towards the head of state . The intention of the act has not been established yet nor the culprit has not been apprehended.
