Public Service Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi has revealed strong allegations against National Intelligence Service boss Noordin Hajir over abduction of his son Leslie Muturi.
While appearing before the Directorate of Criminal Investigation, the CS said he had to seek intervation of President William Ruto to secure the release of Leslie.
“I heard the President ask Noordin Haji if he was holding my son. Noordin confirmed that indeed he was holding my son and the President instructed him to release Leslie immediately,” Justin Muturi said.
