President William Ruto and the Opposition leader are seemingly joining their forces in what the president terms as a broad based government, where he incorporates opposition members and other players in his government.
Speaking from the State House in Mombasa where the opposition leader and his team were in attendance, The President hailed Raila for bringing the continent together with his aggressive campaign across the continent spreading his plan to transform the continent during his African Union Commission chairperson bid.
“His inspiring message of what is needed for the continent’s transformation brought our country, Eastern Africa and Africa together,” Ruto said.
Ruto revealed that he was in consultation with the opposition leader on possible areas where they can collaborate and keep the region and entire continent intact.
