Rwanda president Paul Kagame has been accused by political leader Shima Diane Rwagira for hindering her ambition for the presidency.
Shima Diana says this is the second time Kagame has done so and she doesn’t know the motive behind it. Via her X handle, Rwigara said she was disappointed after all the work and effort she had put in.

Rwigara submitted the necessary documents that were required on Tuesday this week . She had hopes to be on the provisional list of candidates that was released on Thursday.
