Mutahi Ngunyi has said that the poor majority should not worry about the finance bill especially the motor vehicle tax.

Nguyi insinuated that only 1.2 million Kenyans own cars. The rest will never own one and there’s no need to worry about that.

About bottled water, the economist said hustlers don’t drink bottled water. For this reason, President William Ruto is taxing the rich and not the poor.
