Ann Adhiambo, the prime suspect for the slain Nairobi Hospital acting Finance Director Eric Maigo will remain in custody for 21 more days. Delivering the ruling, Milimani Law Courts Magistrate Zainabu Abdul granted application by detectives to conduct mental and age assessments on the suspect before standing a trial.
Detectives arrested the suspect at wee hours in Kibera Slums. after being booked at Muthaiga Police station. The detectives established that the suspect was a juvenile aged 16 years.
Eric Maigo’s body was found stabbed 25 times at his home in Woodley estate, Nairobi on September 15th.
