Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has claimed that today the country lost about 2 billion shillings. This comes after the Azimio led mass action took place in Nairobi.

The opposition leader says the protests will be held every Monday until their grievances are heard. This means more resources every monday to equip the police officers, more revenue loss and vandalism of property.
Among key issues protesters are calling about is the high cost of living. Unless there is no hidden card, there is no problem with peaceful protests. However, life’s shouldn’t be lost because of few people who want to gain .
